• Robotics

  NACHI’s robots are used universally: Loading/unloading, assembling, palletizing, sorting, and packaging. For industrial applications in machine building and automation, NACHI offers a wide range of robots. 

  The six-axis robots of the MZ series work convincingly in numerous applications. The compact robots combine the classical 6-axis design with innovative detail solutions such as hollow wrist, intelligent wiring and high IP protection class for all axes as a standard. Highly dynamic drives ensure trouble-free operation and maximum productivity. 

  Complex assembly activities can be mastered by humans and robots collaboratively and efficiently with NACHI's CZ series of robots.

  For special handling tasks, such as highly productive pick-and-place of small parts, NACHI supplies specially designed versions like the EZ, ES, and EC Scara robots. Powerful 6-axis robots are available to handle medium to high payloads.

  From clamping of tools and workpieces on compact turning machines up to screw drive pistons on large injection molding machines, NACHI's product range of high-quality hydraulic components offers perfect combinations of units and/or pumps as well as mechanically or electrically operated control valves.

  For machine operators, NACHI's compact NSPi units have proved to be particularly economic replacements for existing hydraulic installations. After the simple installation of an NSPi unit, the machine's energy-efficiency is increased significantly: Up to 69% power savings are possible.
